The hurricane season is underway and as the clock strikes 11 p.m. on Oct. 2, most Americans are already planning for what they’ll face in the weeks and months ahead.
Here’s a rundown of what to expect: Hurricane season has officially begun and there’s a lot of stuff happening at once.
Here are 10 things to know: Who’s in your life right now?
Most Americans are focused on the next presidential election, but it’s not the only topic going on.
For the most part, we’re focused on a slew of political and social events: elections, conventions, conventions and so on.
There are also the new holidays and special occasions like Halloween.
Are there new holidays or holidays on the horizon?
We’ll have a list of new holidays coming soon, so keep an eye on the links below for that info.
When is the first weekend of the hurricane season?
If you’re planning on going to a party, the first day of hurricane season begins on Oct 15, and will last through the first week of November.
If you live in a city, the last weekend of hurricane weather is Oct. 24.
Where is the hurricane?
In many areas, you can expect hurricane winds to be strong.
If that’s the case, you’ll likely see some heavy rain.
You’ll also likely see winds that reach up to 100 mph.
What are the possible impacts of Hurricane Irma?
Hurricanes are dangerous because of the rapid changes they can cause in the atmosphere.
Some areas have already experienced severe flooding.
Other areas, like Miami, are seeing more of the same, with some areas experiencing as much as one inch of rain.
Some are seeing as much or more than three inches.
There’s even a chance that some areas could see some power outages and disruptions.
What will I see when I go to the beach?
There’s no beach in Florida, but that doesn’t mean you won’t see some beaches with signs of the storm.
We’ve created a map of the affected areas here.
Where are the beaches at the moment?
Some areas are still seeing high surf, but most are getting more and more moderate.
Most of the beaches have beach boards and sandbars.
Some beaches will also be closed to the public.
What should I do if I have a concern about my property or property in the area?
If your home or property is affected by Hurricane Irma, we encourage you to get out to help protect it.
If it’s your house, your first priority is to find out if your home is in good condition.
If your house is in a high risk area, you should contact your local fire department to check on it.
When to get ready for the storm When the storm hits, most people will want to get to work on time, and many people are working on their personal schedules.
But if you’re still feeling overwhelmed, prepare to get the help you need.
It’s best to take a break from work early in the day, especially during the hottest and most dangerous days of the week.
Many hotels are set up for people to stay in while they wait for the hurricane to pass.
And some places like Miami Beach have opened up their beaches to the general public, so that people can walk around the beaches to get a better look at the damage.
People should be aware that they can still be in the path of the strongest winds and most intense rain.
For example, the strongest storm on record to hit Florida was Hurricane Hugo in 1997.
That storm left about 200 dead and millions homeless.
The biggest storm to hit the U.S. in recent history was Hurricane Sandy in 2012.
But in both cases, the damage was so extensive that it had to be taken care of by private and federal agencies.
What to do if you have a medical emergency While you should be able to stay home during the hurricane, many people need to get medical attention right away.
Here is what to do and how to do it.
What do I do before the storm?
Most people need a place to stay during the storm, but there are some things you can do before it hits to help your loved ones.
Check on the beach for water levels and shoreline, and then check on the damage, including power outage and debris.
When it’s safe to do this, leave your car at home and bring along your phone, tablets and other electronics.
Make sure you have all the necessities you need to help with your medical care.
If the storm has already passed, you may need to go to an emergency room to see if you need any additional medical care, or you may be able, if you can, to bring your own medical equipment and supplies to a nearby hospital.
If so, you must be able and willing to pay for the hospital admission.
What happens if I can’t get to the hospital?
The most common way to get help in the days and weeks after the storm is to take to
